Active licenses can be renewed or amended from your dashboard. Iptoria tracks the original terms so changes are recorded as a continuation rather than a brand-new agreement.
Renewing
- 1Open Licenses in your dashboard and select the agreement nearing expiry.
- 2Choose Renew and pick a new period.
- 3Confirm the updated price and check out — the renewal anchors to the original deal.
Amending
Amendments let you expand territory or increase quantity mid-term. The configurator prices only the delta versus your current terms.
Reducing scope on an active license may not lower an already-paid upfront fee. Review the amendment summary before confirming.
